Besides the alarming incident, Jamie's past business failures and alcoholism prompted Churcher to wonder if he's the right person to be in complete control of Britney's affairs, which has created mounting tension between the pair. As Jamie schedules Britney for a world tour in support of 'Circus', she has reportedly threatened to cancel some engagements, complaining she's not yet ready to cope with the pressures involved so soon after her breakdown. "She blames her father for everything," an acquaintance revealed. "He and Brit hardly spoke for years and now all of a sudden he is the king. She has an overwhelming love-hate relationship with her dad, and now Jamie has alienated his daughter by treating her like an infant. She is given to crying fits and says her father has pushed her into performing before she is ready."

Because of the fact that Britney Spears is seen by a lot of people around her as a commodity, and thats the thing, Diaz said. s like, OK, we need to protect Britney from herself but we also have to remember that she is a person and that you need to care for her as a person before you - you know protect her as this entity that can make a lot of money for you.

It was the beginning of a perfect family reunion, until it all came crashing down. At a Nov. 9 barbecue lunch at Serenity, Britneys estate in Kentwood, La., Jayden began having problems breathing, became non-responsive and developed hives. Britney immediately called 9-1-1.
She was told it would take 30 minutes for the ambulance to get to her, so she was advised to drive to the hospital, a source tells OK!. With a bodyguard at the wheel, they raced to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.
The doctors werent able to immediately identify the problem, but later determined Jayden had suffered an allergic reaction to something hed eaten, says a source. The was shellfish, a member of Kevin Federlines family tells OK!.
s had a sensitivity to shellfish in the past, although hes never been formally tested for it. He has been now, the source continues, adding, Britney was extremely upset.
Thankfully, Jayden was released from the hospital and able to return home to his family on the evening of Nov. 10.
Before the medical crisis, the family, including Britneys sister, Jamie Lynn, 17, her fiance, Casey Aldridge, 19, and their 5-month-old daughter, Maddie, were catching up with the star. With the Dec. 2 release of her album Circus, Britney is set for a huge comeback.

In news that not too many saw coming, Kevine Federline has agreed to allow changes in the Britney Spears visitation rights. Britney will now actually be allowed to visit her kids with the requirement that she be gagged, bound and strapped to a stretcher(ok we made that part up), Britney will need to be accompanied by her parents and will not be allowed any alone time as of yet with the kids. This is a major victory for Britney considering she hasnt been able to spend anytime with her kids in recent weeks. K-fed still retains sole custody of the kids while attempting to further his career along. Its amazing how Kevin Federline went from public enemy number one after marrying Brit and then becomes seen as a responsible individual. Despite all the rumors about the Pot smoking, Women, and gambling K-Fed has come out on Top.
In other news Britneys little sister Jamie Lynn is still being concealed from the public eye, for good reason. Numerous tabloids are now saying what we have been thinking for weeks which is Jamie doesnt actually know who the father of her yet to be born baby is. Tabloids are now reporting that Jamie was living a secret life that her mother knew very little about(makes sense as she was too busy cashing the checks). Jamies father evidently has had very little to do with the decisions Jamie has been making these last couple years allowing Lynn Spears to call almost all the shots which have led to this situation with a pregnant 16 year old. Still no word yet if Jamie has seen Britney, reports suggest that Brit and Jamie are being kept apart as their parents fear too much contact may cause more drama and distress for Jamie.
Lynn spears parenting book that was due out soon has been put on permanent hold. Her publishers say they still intend to publish it however right now is just not the right time considering all that has happened, Lynn is attempting to pass the book off as more of a story about her own parenting rather than an example for parents but the publishers arent buying it. Its fair to say that after losing one daughter to mental illness, an another to teenage pregnancy Lynn can only go up from here. Jamie on the other hand is now playing the role of the caring father that has returned to his daughters life to save her from herself. This is helping to undo the image the media potrayed of him years back as wanting to have little if any involvement in the career and life of his daughters. The truth is he would say no more often than yes and Lynn would say yes more often than no whenever his daughters wanted to get their way and now it has backfired on both.
They allowed their mother to be the winning parent in all discussions and now both must be regreting it. If Jamie had been confined to only one Boyfriend even if she did get Pregnant atleast she would know whom the daddy was an in Britneys case, if her father could have been more involved maybe she wouldnt have found the need to run off, get married, have kids, and then get a divorce. She was looking for what was missing from her life and maybe it really was her father.
Britney is reported to be steadily working to get her life back on track however the same reports are also suggesting she is trying to get her father out of her life and regain her rights however this is incredible unlikely. Her lawyers are attempting to take this matter to federal court however a law expert has already stated that if Britneys case made it to federal court then it would mean anyone else in her shoes whom can no longer make decisions for themselves legally would be able to sue to get out of the arrangement however like we said Britney will likely be under her dads control for a while longer. Honestly after the way Britney has behaving before daddy stepped in we think the judge might extend his rights over her till further notice.
Update: People are reporting that Britney Spears was finally reunited with her kids after nearly two months since she lost her visitation rights. We will be following the developing story as it happens and provide a full update about it. We hear her father Jamie Spears played a large roll in making this happen.

The biggest thing “Changeling,” Clint Eastwood’s latest directorial undertaking, has going for it is a gut-wrenching story based on true events. When the film isn’t moving you, it’s angering you with its blood-boiling accounts of injustice, corruption and chauvinism. Which brings us to the biggest strike against the film: The story is so intrinsically affecting and horrifying that any dramatic embellishments could send it into overkill — which is sadly what happens.
Angelina Jolie stars as Christine Collins, a single mother raising her 9-year-old son, Walter, in a modest rambler in Los Angeles. The year is 1928, when it was still more or less alright to call women “little ladies.” When Collins returns home from work one day to discover her son is missing, she alerts the police, instigating a nationwide, high-profile search.
The LAPD, under much scrutiny for its internal corruption at the time, is desperate for some good PR. So, months later, when they come across a young boy who says he’s Walter, and who bears a mild resemblance to Walter, they pat themselves on the back and send him to L.A. to reunite with “his mother.” The minute Collins sets eyes on him, she’s on to the posing runt. But the LAPD, under the direction of a particularly galling chauvinist named Captain J.J. Jones (Jeffrey Donovan), insists she’s wrong and deems her insane when she claims otherwise. Too bad for them, she has a high-profile reverend-with-a-radio-show (John Malkovich) in her corner.
